The first week of March has seen an increase in grass fires. Crews have already responded to 8 grass fires. 2 of the fires were in Benton County and 1 was in Wheeler. 

Engine 559 was first in on this horse trailer and outbuilding fire today. The on duty crew pulled 2 lines and had the fire under control in 10 minutes.
